Today I started counting calories! How boring hu! Well I need to shed a couple pounds before those couple pounds expand to another couple pounds.
This will be an adventure of course. I am not a breakfast eater, only on weekends if we go out and then I order half breakfast half lunch type foods. So this morning I ate a light healthy low calorie breakfast! Yipeee for me.
