Thanks for the guest post by Eugene Fulton Moving is such a hassle as everyone knows but it was even worse for us because we’ve got three kids. I love the idea that we’re moving into a great big house with room for everyone but for me it’s more about getting everyone in and settled in the shortest time possible. I love my family but being the matriarch is exhausting at times and between thewww.SatelliteTVFamily.com and the movers and the boxes upon boxes I’ve got my hands full. I’m still working part time but my husband’s working 12 hour days wrapping things up on hi project before we move so he hasn’t been able to help all that much. I love him to death but it’s almost like I’d rather have him move out of the way than try to help…he always makes things worse rather than better! I can’t imagine what it’s going to be like waking up in our new homebut I guess it’s only a matter of time until I find it out!

If you have a Tween or Teen you as a Mother know how hard it is to shop for them these days. Not only are the styles changing as quick as our young Girls change their mind, the styles are a lot more expensive than they used to be.

I am a bargain shopper when it comes to shopping at girl clothing stores. I look for quality as well as a great price. My Daughter is starting to care how she looks and is actually putting outfits together herself the night before school. Shockingly she is starting to get matchy as well. Her outfits are cute and color coordinated.

She does get an allowance and since she pays for some things herself she has became a tad thrifty. When it comes to spending Mom's money thrifty gets left at the door. I was in shock while on a shopping trip and she was spending her own hard earned cash as to how thrifty she was. We were popping in and out of some of her favorite girl clothing stores while she was grabbing items she liked and then would put them back because she thought she could shop around and find them on sale somewhere else.

We have a rule. If it's something she absolutely needs I will buy it for her. If it's something she wants she buys it. Also, if it's something she really wants and doesn't have enough for it we get it and she marks it down in her I.O.U. book that comes out of her allowance.

I am so grateful that my Daughter has learned the value of a dollar!

Repair Damaged Hair | Yahoo! Health

I just read this article about repairing damaged hair. Winter is upon us and we tend to do more damage during the Winter months than the Summer months. There is some great information on what products you should use and it sounds like they just were not just trying to sell the most expensive either.

Try doing the damage test by putting a piece of hair into a glass of water. I used a 2 cup measuring cup. My hair is colored and highlighted. It didn't sink... didn't sink at all. It just lay there on top of the water. Once I poked it and pushed it under then it did sink well, half of it did. I'm not sure it's the best test. Anyway, after reading this article it makes me want to go condition my hair anyway!

Why is Entourage my favorite show? Thanks to Joaquin Hester Entourage is my favorite show currently and I can't afford to miss an episode. As a matter of fact, I have to record it just to make sure that every episode is stored in case I get tied up doing something else, which happens quite a bit when you have a family running around you 24/7. The best thing to do is pop up some popcorn, kick back on the sofa, and get prepared for this great comedy about a Hollywood actor with his own entourage. Taking a look into the life of being a celebrity in this modern day and age is awesome, throwing it into a comical series like Entourage is epic in my opinion. For tho! se of you who haven't heard about Entourage, I get it on HBO which comes with my package of premium channels I subscribe to fromDirectStarTv.com.
